Shipping policy
At Bluebonnet Littles, we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. Enjoy free shipping anywhere in the USA on all orders over $100.
How We Fulfill Orders
To bring you the best selection of children's clothing, we ship from multiple warehouse locations across the United States. This means your order may arrive in more than one package, and shipping times may vary slightly depending on where each item is fulfilled from. Rest assured, there's no extra charge if your order ships in separate packages.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the warehouse your item ships from. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Some items may arrive sooner than others if your order ships from multiple locations — so don't worry if you receive part of your order first!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each.
Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Bluebonnet Littles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.
Refused Packages
If a package is refused and returned to us, we will refund your order minus the original shipping charges.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify you by email. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
If this happens, you may choose one of the following:
- Pay to have the package reshipped to the corrected address
- Receive a refund for the order amount minus the original shipping cost
